NCP-1000 DEMOUNTABLE PANEL SYSTEM

Our NCP 1000 demountable building system offers complete design flexibility. Our unique, non-progressive fastening system locks panels together simply and quickly so you can assemble or alter your structure with ease. And they knock down to access even the most difficult plant areas.

Available in single storey, two storey or mezzanine applications, the system features standard 8-foot solid door and window panels. Roof panels and (optional) floor panels may be sized to suit spans. Optional panel heights are also available. Installation is quick and easy, as components are kept to a minimum.

Made with non-combustible steel construction, the system includes full cavity wall panel insulation for thermal and sound control. Wall panels are pre-wired for telephone, electrical outlets, and exhaust fans. Other features include a maintenance-free, baked-on enamel steel exterior finish and vinyl covered gypsum board for a bright interior wall finish.

LCP-1000 LIGHTWEIGHT PANELIZED BUILDING SYSTEM

NRB has unveiled a new lightweight 2" wall system to meet the growing demand for economical, in-plant building solutions. NRB's new LCP-1000 panelized system comes with a standard exterior of pre-finished 26-gauge steel laminated to a polystyrene core, ½" vinyl covered drywall interior, and features customized clear anodized aluminum extrusions that form the base, joint strips and top fascia.

"Our new panelized building design is a result of a need to offer two alternatives in demountable building systems," says Bob McNeil, President of NRB. "While this system will certainly not replace the popular NCP-1000 panel building, it does give the buyer more choices based on their particular needs."

A unique feature of the LCP-1000 is a fastening system that allows interchangeability between the bottom track and vertical channels - as well as between the top track/fascia and corners. This feature is particularly valuable to users who need to stock or replace parts.

System installation is quick and easy, with each panel sliding into the vertical "H" extrusion. And the LCP-1000 may be combined with a mezzanine to raise it off the plant floor, create a storage load on the roof, or build a two-story office. As well, electrical outlets and features can be placed anywhere throughout the panel system.

NRB's LCP-1000 is designed for areas of the plant where noise is not a major concern. Standard features include single-pane, tempered safety glass windows and a painted hollow core wood door in a metal frame with lockset, ½ lite of glass, sweep and threshold. Optional finishes include an exterior or interior of vinyl covered plywood.
