Tailored to your specific needs for efficiency and economy, our SM Series offers fully pre-assembled units, which may be split into sections for access to your plant. Both single and two-story complexes are available.
You get an attractive, easy-to-maintain working space with:
* pre-finished metal clad exteriors* vinyl covered gypsum wall finish
* acoustical ceilings
* tile floors
Standard construction is wood framing, but steel frame units are available to meet total non-combustibility requirements. Standard electrical features include fluorescent lighting and duplex outlets. You can also add options such as heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and many others. For plant areas with extensive noise levels, optional sound packages are available.These in-plant units are fork-liftable and arrive ready to use - with one simple power connection! And with minor modifications, these buildings may also be used outdoors.
